Zeng Residence is a 2000 square feet luxury condominium located in the heart of Zhuzhou City in the Hunan Province of China.
The property was purchased as a graduation gift for Mr and Mrs Zeng's daughter which would temporarily house the three of them until the daughter is wed.
Ground Floor : Reception Lobby.
Inspired by Sarawak’s rivers and rich heritage, the lobby and main spaces on the ground floor blends nature and culture together. Deep teal walls reflect the region’s waterways, while warm tones and stone elements echo traditional longhouses.
The flowing floor pattern combines Sarawak’s winding rivers and indigenous motifs, creating a space that feels both modern and deeply connected to its roots.
A refined yet organic design, this space welcomes visitors with a sense of calm and connection to water.
