CONCEPT TRANSLATION
The design integrates natural elements, cultural motifs, and modern functionality to create spaces that inspires creativity, collaboration and well-being inspired by the motif of water and Sarawak rainforests.
ARCHITECTURE.

Option
One.
Inspired by the cascading movement of a waterfall, the vertical louvered panel at the core of the façade serves as the focal point, echoing the rhythmic descent of water. Much like a waterfall, which carves its path through the landscape, this central feature creates a visual flow, anchoring the structure with a sense of motion and continuity.

Option
Two.
The undulating forms of the façade mimic the organic movement of flowing water, creating a dynamic visual effect that reflects both motion and serenity. The golden vertical fins resemble rippling waves and cascading streams, interacting with light and shadow to evoke the shimmering quality of water.

INTERIOR.

Ground Floor : Reception Lobby.
Inspired by Sarawak’s rivers and rich heritage, the lobby and main spaces on the ground floor blends nature and culture together. Deep teal walls reflect the region’s waterways, while warm tones and stone elements echo traditional longhouses.

The flowing floor pattern combines Sarawak’s winding rivers and indigenous motifs, creating a space that feels both modern and deeply connected to its roots.

A refined yet organic design, this space welcomes visitors with a sense of calm and connection to water.

1st / 2nd Floor: Office
Workspace.
Inspired by Sarawak’s rivers and cultural heritage, this office blends modern functionality with tradition. The open-plan layout reflects the fluidity of water, while blue tones and curved zoning echo river currents.

A black lattice ceiling, reminiscent of Iban and Orang Ulu weavings, adds texture, and teal columns pay homage to Pua Kumbu textiles.

Natural materials and glass elements enhance transparency and sustainability, creating a workspace that embodies both innovation and Sarawak’s deep connection to water.

1st Floor: Large Meeting Room.
Designed for focus and collaboration, this meeting room takes inspiration from Sarawak’s rivers and cultural landscapes.

The blue-toned carpet reflects flowing water, while wooden blinds introduce warmth and a touch of traditional craftsmanship.

Earthy brown chairs provide a natural contrast, evoking the connection between land and water. Glass partitions enhance openness, while soft lighting and clean lines create a balanced, contemporary space that encourages clear thinking and meaningful discussions.

3rd Floor:
Boardroom.
This boardroom embodies strength, fluidity, and connection, reflecting the vital role of water in Sarawak’s landscape. The circular layout fosters inclusive discussions, much like the way rivers unite communities.

A soft blue feature wall, paired with matching chairs, evokes the calm and clarity of water, while warm wood paneling adds depth and a natural grounding element. The illuminated ceiling design symbolises an open sky, reinforcing a sense of transparency and forward-thinking leadership. Blending tradition with modernity, this space is designed for impactful decision-making and collaboration.

3rd Floor:
